memil guksu

Last Friday, I cleared part of my kitchen cabinets, and found a box of dishes for memil guksu (buckwheat noodle with dipping sauce). So I decided to make it for dinner.

First grate radish, and boil noodle and chill. Then dip noodle into the sauce - I used instant sauce with ice cubes. Very easy and refreshing.
