Saturday dinner


On Saturday after work, Angela and I had an adventure. (For detail, please see Angela's blog)
It was worth. Best chocolates I ever had.

For dinner, I first had chocolates (yeah!), and then bocconcini & tomato salad.
Last year I killed my basil so I decided not to grow it anymore, however, later I found out basil is an annual plant. So I bought another pot of basil without guilt.

There is a lack of balsamic vinegar in that caprese salad. But it looks pretty.

I added balsamic vinegar too.
Cheese, tomato, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. And basil leaves as garnish. Did I miss something?

No. But usually I shred up the basil so that you have a little bit in each bite, and mix it all together. It's good if you let it sit for a while, too. But as long as it's delicious, it doesn't matter. Was it delicious?

I teared basil after taking picture. :P
It was ok, but still a bit plain. I will let it sit next time.
