prosciutto

Kay was reading The Gourmet (Japanese manga), and wanted to try the prosciutto. So we bought a little pack from Safeway. 
They say it goes well with melon, so we got one and had together. (I liked it with bococcini cheese better though.) 

It was okay, however, we didn't love it. I wonder if there is another way we can try.
