"To be hopeful in bad times is not just foolishly romantic. It is based on the fact that human history is a history not only of cruelty, but also of compassion, sacrifice, courage, kindness." - Howard Zinn

Korean-Chinese food
If you visit a Chinese restaurant in Korea, there is no dishes you can find in Vancouver.
Chinese immigrants in Korea developed Korean style Chinese food decades ago, and most popular dishes are jjajangmyeon (noodle with black bean sauce) and jjamppong (noodle in spicy seafood soup).
In Korea, you can find a Korean-Chinese restaurant everywhere and they deliver very quickly (free of charge). So it has become a easiest lunch option.
There is an authentic Korean-Chinese restaurant in North Vancouver. (Lonsdale Ave @ 12th St.) Good food, good price (jjajangmyeon $6.5, jjamppong $7.9).
