Pork cutlets

Last tuesday Kay and I made pork cutlets. 
Kay says he needs some 'fat' from time to time, then we get some fried chicken. This time, we both wanted pork cutlet. 
 
First,  pound the pork. 
Maybe we were too noisy - our neighbour knocked and asked if it will last longer. Next time, I have to figure out how to pound quietly.

Marinate pork with grated onion, then coat with flour, egg, and bread crumbs.











Coleslaw, homemade onion & cucumber pickles and sauces...

I love days off without any plan.
Sleep in, watch movies, cook something and eat with beer. Feel so good.
